Aatish Nath is a freelance writer based in Mumbai. Having gotten his start at Time Out Mumbai as the magazine’s Food and Drink editor, he’s since covered the restaurant industry in the city for a host of news outlets. Over time, he’s expanded to write about music, culture and travel as well. His writing has appeared in Virtuoso, The Hindu, Travel + Leisure India, Citylab, National Geographic Traveller India, Brown Paper Bag, Firstpost, Condé Nast Traveller India, Vogue and Soho House Notes. He’s also passionate about photography.
In 2026, he co-founded The Dining Collective, which organizes Restaurant Week India twice a year, and works with brands and businesses looking to engage with India’s booming dining out culture.
