Aatish Nath is a freelance writer based in Mumbai. Having gotten his start at Time Out Mumbai as the magazine’s Food and Drink editor, he’s since covered the restaurant industry in the city for a host of news outlets. In the years since, he chosen to write about travel, music and design as well. His writing has appeared in T: The New York Times Magazine, Virtuoso, The Hindu, Travel + Leisure India, Citylab, National Geographic Traveller India, Brown Paper Bag, Firstpost, Condé Nast Traveller India, and Vogue. He’s also passionate about photography.
In 2026, he co-founded The Dining Collective, which organizes Restaurant Week India, twice a year.
